Conceptual Drawings
Intended for clients who need assistance with designing smaller-scale remodeling projects. VDC will design and render your project and provide you with the design guide to execute your project with your tradesmen or contractor. This service is best utilized by clients who need small-scale renovation projects detailed with material selections, floor plans, 3D renderings, and elevations but is not best served if you are looking for a full home or large renovation project where construction oversight and management are better suited.
Step 1.
Fill out the questionnaire located on the contact page and schedule a call with Sharon. During the call, Sharon will ask you a few basic questions about your project and schedule a 1-hour in-home consultation at your convenience.
2. Consultation.
Why an in-home consultation? This is so we can see the space for ourselves and give you the best advice. We ask that you gather any inspiration images and all parties involved to make this hour as beneficial to you as possible! After reviewing your completed questionnaire and visiting your home, we can establish an outline for the scope of work for your project. We will identify your investment amount during this time and discuss the budget, functional requirements, and needs for your space. In addition, we will review any inspirational photos you may have via Houzz or Pinterest. If any trade professionals are required for your project, we will discuss those too.
3. Let us Inspire You!
Once we’ve gathered all the information needed to start your project, we then get busy to work! We will provide you with floor plans of your space(s), 3D renderings, elevations, material considerations for the design, and space planning but no actual furniture design or sourcing. Once we’ve completed your design, we will schedule a 30-minute meeting to present your project.
