Kitchen/Bath Remodel or Refresh
Intended for clients who need assistance with designing smaller-scale remodeling projects, such as a kitchen or bathroom. VDC will design and render your project and provide you with the design guide to execute your project with your contractor or our tradespeople. This service is best utilized by clients who need small-scale renovation projects detailed with material selections and elevations but is not best served if you are looking for a full home or large renovation project. Any furnishing design within a space will be scoped as a Full-Service Design project and designed in conjunction with Kitchen and Bath design.

Why an in-home consultation? This is so we can see the space for ourselves and give you the best advice. We ask that you gather any inspirational images, samples, and all parties involved to make this meeting as beneficial to you as possible!
3. Let us Inspire You!
Once we’ve gathered all the information needed to start your project, we then get busy to work! We will provide you with floor plans of your space with two options for layout. 3D renderings, considerations for the design, inspirational photos, concept boards, and color story. Once we’ve completed your design, we will schedule a 1-hour meeting to present your project.
4. Procurement Phase.
After all, revisions are made, and you’ve agreed and signed off on everything, we then start to manage your project from start to finish so that you can go about your everyday activities stress-free! We will visit onsite trade professionals, place and follow up on orders, arrange deliveries, receive deliveries, and provide installation of furnishings and styling for “reveal day.” Our favorite!!
