Full-Service Design
Intended for clients who have larger budgets of 50k+ and are looking to hire VDC to design and execute their job from start to finish. With no room, minimum Full-service design is best suited for furnishings and/or light construction projects where VDC manages all aspects of the design process. VDC will provide design and project management services through all phases of the project, from initial designs and 3D renderings through ordering, construction, and final installation.
Step 1.
Fill out the questionnaire located on the contact page and schedule a call with Sharon. During the call, Sharon will ask you a few basic questions about your project and schedule a 1-hour in-home consultation at your convenience.
2. Consultation.
Why an in-home consultation? This is so we can see the space for ourselves and give you the best advice. We ask that you gather any inspiration images and all parties involved to make this hour as beneficial to you as possible! After reviewing your completed questionnaire and visiting your home, we can establish an outline for the scope of work for your project. We will identify your investment amount during this time and discuss the budget, functional requirements, and needs for your space. In addition, we will review any inspirational photos you may have via Houzz or Pinterest. If any trade professionals are required for your project, we will discuss those too.
3. Let us Inspire You!
Once we’ve gathered all the information needed to start your project, we then get busy to work! We will provide you with floor plans of your space with two options for layout. 3D renderings, considerations for the design, inspirational photos, concept boards, and color story. Once we’ve completed your design, we will schedule a 1-hour meeting to present your project.
4. Procurement Phase.
After all, revisions are made, and you’ve agreed and signed off on everything, we then start to manage your project from start to finish so that you can go about your everyday activities stress-free! We will visit onsite trade professionals, place and follow up on orders, arrange deliveries, receive deliveries, and provide installation of furnishings and styling for “reveal day.” Our favorite!!
